A bold and expressive festival identity and campaign rollout for Zee Nation, designed to capture the energy, femininity, and cultural influence of DJ Zinhle’s audience.
The visual direction leans into a playful, scrapbook-inspired aesthetic, combining Y2K nostalgia, vibrant colour, and layered illustrations to create a world that feels personal, chaotic, and full of personality. Rather than minimising elements, the design embraces abundance, reflecting the excitement and scale of a first-of-its-kind festival.
From teaser content and artist reveals to the official lineup and sponsorship integrations, the campaign was built as a cohesive yet flexible system that could evolve across multiple touchpoints. The result is a visually rich and highly shareable experience that mirrors the energy of the event itself.
The visual density is intentional, designed to mirror the overstimulation of digital culture and the layered way audiences consume content today.
