Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer at @home, I led the design and execution of high-impact visual content across email, social media, and in-store campaigns for key business units including Kitchen, Dining and Appliances and Bed and Bath.

My Role

Senior Graphic Designer responsible for concept development, content creation, and execution across digital and retail touchpoints, working closely with marketing and e-commerce teams.

Approach

I focused on elevating campaign performance through more engaging, lifestyle-led visuals while maintaining @home’s premium aesthetic. This meant shifting from purely product-led layouts to more contextual, story-driven content that reflects how customers engage and shop.

Execution
Designed and rolled out email campaigns with a stronger focus on lifestyle imagery and clear visual hierarchy
Created social and UGC-style content to support product and campaign launches
Produced short-form video and content for key products to drive engagement and demand
Applied advanced retouching and AI tools to enhance imagery and resolve product availability constraints
Developed in-store assets, including signage and video loops, to ensure consistency across all campaign touchpoints
Outcome

Improved email engagement through the use of more considered, lifestyle-driven visuals, while contributing to high-performing product campaigns, including UGC-driven content that supported rapid sell-outs following launch such as the Vianno Couch in Pink.

Streamlined content production by integrating AI-assisted workflows, enabling the team to maintain campaign momentum even when product imagery was limited or incomplete.
